A fix is only worth proposing if there is evidence it works. This is the backbone behind every "Fix it" panel on the Rebuild: what the evidence says, and where it is weak. We state the counter-case in plain terms.

Method
Verdicts are the house position on the balance of the evidence, and they carry no claim of certainty. "Works" means strong evidence that the intervention does what it claims. "Mixed" means real gains with real limits or open questions. "Doesn't work alone" means the evidence points the other way, or the idea only works alongside something else. Entries are updated as new evidence lands; every figure links to its source on its card.
